Terms of Use
Effective date: October 13, 2026
These terms apply when you use Ship Run at ship-run.world. Ship Run is a free, non-commercial fan game made by GD Interrobang ("I", "me"). By playing the game or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
1. Unofficial fan project
Ship Run is an unofficial fan project. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or approved by RobTop Games, and it is not connected to RobTop Games in any way. Geometry Dash, its name, art, sprites and characters, and other names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Their names are used only to describe what Ship Run is.
If you own rights in anything on this site and want it changed or removed, please contact me (see below) and I will respond promptly. You can also use GitHub's DMCA process, since GitHub hosts the site.
2. Using the game
You may play Ship Run for free, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:
- sell, rent or charge others for access to Ship Run or anything from it;
- present Ship Run, or a copy of it, as an official Geometry Dash or RobTop Games product;
- try to break, overload or interfere with the site or the services it runs on;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law.
3. Health and safety: photosensitivity warning
Please read this before playing. Ship Run has fast movement, flashing and changing colours, and repeating patterns. A very small number of people may have a seizure when they see certain flashing lights or patterns, even if they have never had one before and have no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has had seizures or epilepsy, talk to a doctor before playing.
Stop playing straight away and see a doctor if you feel dizzy, have blurred or changed vision, eye or muscle twitches, feel disoriented, lose awareness, or have any involuntary movements. Parents should watch children while they play. To lower the risk, play in a well-lit room, sit a good distance from the screen, and take a break of at least 10 to 15 minutes every hour. Don't play when you are tired.
4. Your levels and saved data
Levels you make in the editor, your settings and your collected coins are saved only in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). They can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, switch browser or device, or if the game changes. Download your levels to keep a copy. Levels you make are yours, and you are responsible for anything you create or share with others.
5. Ownership
Ship Run's original code, text and design are owned by their creator. Unless a page says otherwise, you may not copy, republish or redistribute them. Material that belongs to others, including Geometry Dash art and the fonts used, stays the property of its owners and is subject to their own terms.
6. No warranty
Ship Run is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no promises of any kind about the site or the game, including that it will work without errors or interruptions, be available at any particular time, keep your saved data, or be suitable for any purpose. I may change, pause or remove the game, any level or any feature at any time, without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I will not be responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, Ship Run. This includes lost levels or progress, damage to devices, and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you, and nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Other services and links
The site is hosted by GitHub and uses GoatCounter for visitor statistics, as described in the Privacy Policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. I don't control those websites and I'm not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using Ship Run after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
10. If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, or to report a problem or a rights issue, open an issue at github.com/comazzisasha/ship-run/issues. Issues are public, so please don't include personal details there; say that you'd like to talk privately and I will reply with a way to do that.
